Description

Spectacular Ocean Views!!! This house is on the bluff with an unobstructed view the ocean and surf. Pleasure Point is a world class surf location and has waves that range from expert to beginner because of the way the long surf comes into this area.

The house has a great room that opens to a deck for watching the sunrise, ocean, surfing and sometimes whales from your living room.

The kitchen is at the front of the great room and is well supplied with all necessary cooking amenities.

There are three bedrooms--one upstairs (same level as living room & kitchen) with a queen bed, and two downstairs--one with bunk beds and a twin with a pull out trundle,(so 4 in this room) then the third bedroom with a queen bed. You can sleep 8 in the bedrooms.

There are 2 full bathrooms-one upstairs and one downstairs.

In addition, you have access to wireless internet, flat screen TV with DVD and cable channels and a washer and dryer for your use. Two permitted street parking passes are available for guests to use during stay for parking in front of the house. (you only need them on weekends during the summer months)

There are public access stairs leading to the beach near the right side of the house.

Pets are not allowed.

We have a 5 night minimum in the summer months of June, July and August

How do damage deposits work?
