One big living and another little one with sofa bed, a kitchen and a dining room, 4 bathrooms or shower-rooms, a double bed in all the 6 rooms and a dormitory for 4 children...

The elegant resort of Hossegor develops from the 20s, with attendance mainly composed of large southwestern bourgeoisie and Paris, combining industry, academia and practitioners; Property programs accompany the tourist development of the resort, adopting the néobasque style in a skilled urban form of "city-park". Sporting Casino, attracting an elegant clientele, is built in those years;
