Description

Large sun-filled, gay-owned, centrally located condo, within steps of shops, restaurants, bars, plus beach (the condo complex has beach access at the rear of the building). The condo itself is spacious ( alof ot eh condo's in P-town are tiny), tastefully decorated and fully equipped. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the living room (from our experience the condo is most suitable for one to three adults). The condo has two air conditioners (important in P-town in summers). It also has a washer dryer (a scarcity in town). The condo is a haven overlooking the street. It is located in an exciting part of town, and has a reserved parking space. Come and enjoy our vacation home, David and Bob

“Relaxing with an Excellent Location!”

Outstanding condo in the heart of Commercial Street. The place was equipped with everything one would need to have at a vacation home. It was wonderful to be able to stop at the condo throughout the day and evening because of the wonderful location. I hope to be able to be lucky next year and stay here again!!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
