With 7 beds + 5, free wifi, heated infinity pool, whirlpool, private tennis court, soccer, basketball, table football, table tennis, mini volleyball, badminton, bowls, darts, archery for adults and kids, bikes, wellness area, gym area, fitness trail and garden, Villa Edda is an optimal solution for families, groups of friends or couples who want to experience a holiday in Puglia, in Salento, staying in a cool and comfortable home in a genuine, amiable and sincere atmosphere. To start the day in a positive way, guests will have at their disposal the necessary for a genuine breakfast: coffee, milk, cappuccino, caffellatte, chocolate, tea and juices; bread, jams, honey and assorted tarts directly from the oven; fresh fruit of the season; cereals with or without dehydrated fruit, natural or crunchy muesli, nutella; low-fat yogurt, white, fruit. It is accessed by an automatic gate: lawn, geraniums, daisies, lantane bushes, lavender, sage, rosemary, majestic magnolias and palm trees surround the house equipped with a tennis court outside, a wonderful 12 x 5 heated infinity pool with children's area and hydromassage area. Three poolside lounges and four sunbeds by the kloris line as well as six wooden sunbeds by the pool; near the swimming pool there is a bathroom, a wood-burning oven, a Weber barbecue and a stove; in the shade of palm trees and pine forest three hammocks to rest, a wellness house with infrared sauna, emotional shower, waterfall, with water blade, with horizontal water jets, a relaxation area where you can enjoy a herbal tea and read a magazine. in the pine forest a gym area with elliptical, bodybuilding station with boxing bag and multifunction bench. The fitness path among the greenery includes horizontal climbing, parallel, bending on an inclined bench and pull-ups. A complete sports equipment for playing tennis is available, ping pong, mini volleyball, badminton, beach tennis, darts, soccer and archery Built in Lecce stone with thick walls and star vaults the villa consists of a large atrium around which we find a bright air-conditioned living room with a two-seater sofa bed (possibility of bringing the two beds together and making a double bed), LED TV, satellite channels, cinema, sports, children's programs, board games, a wireless audio speaker, a dvd player, blu-ray, books in different languages, dvd movies, a hi fi system with cd player, bluetooth, usb; the fully equipped kitchen with hob, electric oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, mocha coffee and cappuccino, Hamburger Maker machine, dishwasher, a large double door fridge is directly connected to the outdoor dining area and the indoor dining room, making it easier to cook and serve; in the adjacent hallway with vaulted ceilings we have a computer station, a hp wifi laser printer, a comfortable double sofa bed, a LED TV; in the sleeping area three bedrooms, one double, one triple and one twin; two of the three bedrooms have a private bathroom and a safe; the two spacious bathrooms are completely covered and equipped with accessories, crystal shower cubicle and eco-friendly courtesy set; there are 5 showers, 3 of which are internal and two external; in each room there is a LED TV with Sky programming, the mosquito net, the hot / cold inverter air conditioner and the radiator with centralized ignition. The whole structure is covered by free wifi service. The large veranda and pergola, overlooking the riot of greenery, are equipped to make you enjoy pleasant moments of reading and relaxation, lunches and dinners; a gem the iron brazier that will illuminate the midsummer evenings with warm and evocative reflections or a romantic candlelit dinner: the magical beauty of its light will enchant you and give you happy convivial moments.Immersed in nature, with an air unparalleled outside and inside, Villa Edda will allow you to relax ... a home to live in all year round to regenerate yourself in a silent enchantment a few centuries away from your everyday life. In the villa the awakening will be sweet; with its wonderful garden it is immersed in velvety silence by the sweet sound of the wind, the chirping of birds and the scent of the earth and cut grass will slowly go back to the nostrils evoking pleasant memories. Relaxation will be inevitable and infinite peace and tranquility but for the more active there will be much to do and see at the gates of this little corner of paradise. The private infinity pool, which has a view of the property and the garden, is open all year round and is heated during the months of April, May, October and November; on request in the remaining months. It is recommended when the pool is heated to cover it in the evening with the special cover; it has internal and external lights, therefore it offers pleasant night baths. The villa is for exclusive use.
