This beautiful studio is located next to the Metro station Mabillon, in the Saint Germain des Pres, 6th district. Located near the famous Place Saint Germain des Prés and its lively, it is located on the 5th floor of a building dating from 1930 with 2 lifts. The master bedroom has a bed, sofa, dining table. The kitchen is in a small separate and fully equipped room. It is perfect for 2 people in a prime location.

This apartment 34 square meters opens to a hallway that leads to the left, the living room / bedroom, which is very quiet side of the court. It has a king size bed, a sofa, a small table, 2 chairs and a TV, air conditioner. There are wooden floors and carpets. On the right of the hallway you will find the kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a small desk and a bench where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. The bathroom is in front of the door and has a sink, bathtub (shower hose and shower), bidet and toilet.

The apartment is located in a beautiful building 'Art Deco' from 1930. First it was a hotel with a grand staircase, 2 lifts from the 1930s with its folding doors iron. Mabillon is the ideal location to visit Paris

Next to the apartment you can find the smallest bakery in Paris with amazing cupcakes. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee at the famous Café des 2 Magots and Café de Flore, and enjoy the view of the church of Saint Germain des Prés. Rue du Four is famous for its fine shopping store.
