Description

Our bright and charming cottage is located on a quiet street, a short three-minute walk from downtown Joseph. You'll be greeted to expansive views of the Wallowa Mountains from the front windows and treated to amazing sunsets from the deck. Serendipity Cottage is the perfect choice for travelers that are looking for a peaceful, recreational basecamp with easy access to Joseph's shops, galleries, restaurants and bars.

The home features two bedrooms, each with a luxurious memory-foam mattress (one king and one queen), one bathroom, a full kitchen and cozy living room with a gas fireplace. The small patio with incredible views of the Wallowa Mountains leads to a large, fenced backyard that is perfect for your pup and yard games.

Our home is the perfect place to unplug. No phones, no television and no wifi, turn off your devices and turn on your sense of adventure. When you do need computer access, Arrowhead Chocolates, Embers or Red Horse Coffee are a few blocks away to enjoy great food, company and wifi access. If you have a mobile hot-spot, we can vouch that Verizon's service is terrific.

The cottage is furnished with an eclectic mix of old and new, making this feel very mid-century modern. You can expect:

--1 king bed in bedroom 1

--1 queen bed in bedroom 2

--a couch, a couple chairs, our infamous "pig table" and a gas burning fireplace in the living room

--A full kitchen complete with full size stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, hand blender, etc along with all flatware and dishes.

--A bathroom with tub/shower, toilet & vanity.

--A small deck with deck chairs

“Awesome Stay in Joseph”

This cottage is close to all the amenities. It was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoy our stay and would recommend the place to our friends.
