PALAZZO DEL BONO, PENNE HISTORIC CENTRE 3 Bedroom Apartment with an open kitchen with diningtable and a big livingroom. You also have a large terrace. Beautifully restored, luxury apartment in one of the finest great houses of this ancient town.

The Del Bono palazzo has a magnificent Eighteenth century Baroque entrance with Ionic columns and it is probably the finest residence in a street lined with historic and beautiful houses, one of which is now a gallery of modern art. The Duomo that dominates the 'sacred hill' is just a few steps away.

The apartment has a private entrance and a large 70sqm terrace which has lovely views as far as the mountains. On a clear day the Adriatic is clearly visible. The accommodation of approximately 140sqm consists of 2 large open plan living rooms, one with a kitchen: 2 bathrooms; 2 double bedrooms and a delightful mezzanine area ; entrance hall, storeroom and stairs to the terrace. The terrace has a sunny aspect and a little room on either side. Two bedrooms are air-conditioned which make the whole apartment nice and cool on a hot day.

The views are spectacular. Penne, is a typically Italian town with a distinctive central Italian ambience and a year round calendar of social and cultural events. The countryside is dominated by olive groves and vineyards and the beaches of the Adriatic are only 35 minutes away by car. The Gran Sasso National Park is also within an easy distance.
