Description

Our home is located on a lagoon with a great view. Ideal for 3-4 adults and 1-2 children at least 5 years or older as the house is not childproof. Maximum of 6 occupants - no exceptions. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third small bedroom has a twin sized bunk bed. One full bathroom, one powder room, central air and full sized washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors open onto the large deck from the master bedroom and from the living room. Gorgeous tile flooring throughout the house. Double ice maker and filtered water in refrigerator. 49" TV in living room, 2nd TV in master bedroom. Covered patio beneath the deck with under the sea decor, outdoor shower and gas grill. Swim and park your boat right in the back yard. Five minute boat ride to Barnegat Bay and a short car ride to the nearest beach on Long Beach Island. Six beach badges are provided for 3rd to 31st Streets in Ship Bottom ( $120 value).

IMPORTANT RULES:

Our home is in a residential area. In order to respect our neighbors, it is our policy to rent to families only, not to groups or young adults.

No pets and no smoking - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Maximum of 3 cars allowed on or near property at all time during your stay.

We do not have a cleaning service for our property. We do expect all renters to leave the house in the same condition as it was found. All cleaning supplies are provided. Cleaning fees will be deducted from deposits if the house is not left as found.

Check in time - 3:00 PM. Check out time - 11:00 AM.

We stayed at the Newly Renovated Beach House for a long weekend with our two college aged kids and our 11 year old. The house was a perfect fit for all of us! We had a great time kayaking in the water behind the house and crabbing in the water. The location was nice and quiet, but also close enough to go to the beach, restaurants, and shop on the island. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The large outdoor deck and shaded area beneath it were great places to relax. The owners were incredibly accommodating and we highly recommend!

Like too start out by saying Gail was a pleasure to deal with.We arrived on a Thursday to a beautiful day and a beautifully decorated and clean home.House was so well equipped with all the amenities.Rooms were nice size and Found beds very comfortable.Best of all was outdoor deck which can be accessed from either living room or one of the bedroom s.House sits overlooking canal with a bulkhead and dock to jump off if looking to swim or fish.Outdoor shower was great.Pleanty of parking.Cable,central air,wifi.Cant wait too rent again.We had 4 great days of weather.Thanks Gail.

How do damage deposits work?
