A COZY HOLIDAY HOUSE ZOI'S 4BR/ 3BATH - PRIVATE POOL
This house was built in 1830, carefully renovated in a traditional rustic style two-storey house suitable for 2-8 persons. and lovingly renovated a short time ago in the summer of 2006. It’s on a quiet village Tzitzifes, has a beautiful yard and a breathtaking panorama of the mountains. There are nice walking and hiking trails in the area
The house is situated in a village lane which backs onto an open aspect with wonderful views.
Villa Zoi Sleeps 2 to 8 in beds comfortably and is ideal for families or groups.
On the ground floor there is an open plan area where you will find the living room, the dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen .Also on the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed ,roof fan and one with two single beds ,roof fan and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are 1 bedroom with two single beds, a/c and bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds or twin bed , a/c and bathroom
Also from the first floor you will have access to the enormous veranda which offers panoramic views of the mountains.
Outdoors there is a yard under the tree, the barbecue area, one veranda with a seating area and dining area
The swimming pool which is below the house is surrounded by trees and greenery - and therefore very private.
George and Zoi are welcoming you
The hospitality of the owner who will be on hand for advice and information if need be. We will wait for you in the villa for your arrival (despite the time, even after midnight) in order to help you with the house details and give you as much informations as you want about the area, taverns, shops, places and beaches that you have to visit!
Finally we will be there for your departure for our last thank you!
We would like to inform you the additional cleaning service charge of 50 euro to be paid on arrival.
