Description

Rirver Side Villa is placed in Ernakulam District which is in Central Kerala, accessibility to all places throughout Kerala is of almost equal distance. Our B&B is very near to the Cochin International Airport at Nedumbassery, just 12 kms from Away. The route is via Aluva Mala - Road. For those traveling by train can get down at Aluva Railway Station, Angamaly Railway station or Ernakulam Junction Railway Station or Ernakulam Town Railway Station, at Kochi/Cochin. Buses ply regularly from near our Kerala Villa. We provide pick-up and drop at airport or railway station on request.

Our Holiday Villa is located near the River Ernakulam(Chalakuddy River), wherein one can relax during the mornings and evenings doing swimming, fishing and boating (hired). It is on 4 Temple Tour Circuit, of which the nearest temple (1 Km ) is dedicated to the Lord Lakshmana. The balance temples are dedicated to the Vishnuavatar Rama and his brothers, all of which are meant to be worshiped on the same day. The arrangements of the same are provided by us. Also we have St. Mary' s Forane Church, (1 Km)built in AD 650 and its architecture has roman-Syrian Influences. Similarly within 10-15 kms, ancient churches within varying styles of architecture from RC-Syrian and Latin-Catholic influences. Also on the itinerary is a customized village tour, describing its history, its people, and professions including cultural interactions. We also organize various massage therapies with our local partners, cycling tours, and local cuisine tours.

The exterior architecture is Kerala Modern Style built in 2012. It combines the facilities of a modern world, while remaining a home in a traditional sense. It is a 2 storied structure, with an extensive front and backyard. We have a kitchen and flower garden. In our backyard, we cultivate nutmeg, papaya, banana, coconut, tapioca. The interiors are completely in modern style with some traditional touches. Our honored guests have a choice of 2 rooms on the first floor, with additional rooms available if needed on the ground floor. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds, inbuilt wooden cupboards , attached bath western style with common balcony, free Wi-Fi, common fridges on each floor, hot water, power backup, free Kerala style breakfast.
