Description
The Edgartown House is a contemporary style home that features 3 bedrooms and two full baths. The Edgartown House has comfortable furnished throughout and features a large deck with additional outdoor seating, a gas grill and outdoor shower.
The first floor has a bright open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, skylights and hardwood pine floors. There is a large living room area with a large flat screen TV and a full dining room area, as well as a large modern kitchen with maple cabinets, a center kitchen island with granite counter tops. The kitchen has a TV and two French doors that lead out to a large sunny deck with additional outdoor seating, a gas grill and outdoor shower. The first floor also features a Guest Bedroom with a full size bed, a full first floor bath as well as a laundry closet.
The second floor offers two additional bedrooms and as well as additional full size bath. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV and the Guest bedroom has two Twin size beds with a bright open window view of the downstairs.
It is located at the end of a private way. The Edgartown House is just two miles south of historical downtown Edgartown, and within minutes of South Beach, the bike path and Morning Glory Farm (a local favorite).
