Centrally Located in a Beautiful Part of Clearwater, Florida minutes from the coast and award winning beaches. The Cottage offers a Fully Equipped kitchen with Full size appliances. Also included is High speed wireless internet and Brand New Flat Screened TV's. There is a separate bedroom with a New Queen Size Bed and in the Living Room there is a Queen size pull out Sofa Bed. It offers a Very safe and completely fenced in backyard. Seating available in front and back of Cottage. Small BBQ available. Off Street Parking is available

How do damage deposits work?
