Enjoy a dream vacation in this direct beachfront luxury condo! Incredible views of the Gulf surround this stunning and spacious 7th floor unit. The pristine beach is right below your HUGE 9 ft by 30 ft balcony with its world-famous sugar-white sand and clear, emerald blue-green water. The seventh floor view and the sound of the ocean is unforgettable.
This place is immaculate! Elegantly furnished, this unit is one of the largest 2 bedroom 2 bath you would find on Navarre Beach. The soft cream and tan furnishings are accented with tiled floors that have both a cool elegance and a warm vibrancy.
The unit can comfortably sleep 6, with a king bed in the master and 2 doubles in the guest bedroom. With 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors, & a soothing decor, you will thoroughly enjoy the relaxing ambiance of this beautiful property. Both the living room & the master bedroom are open to the wide spacious balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The extremely private gulf-front balcony is furnished for outdoor dining and sunning. A key pad entrance lock is installed on the front door, allowing our guests the freedom of going to the beach without the need to carry a key. Each guest is provided with an unique access code to this lock which is valid during the duration of their stay.
Relax in the elegant splendor of the living room in front of the 42” LED 1080p 120 Hz flat screen SMART TV with BUILT IN WIFI. Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, HULU and Pandora are just some of the apps that are available for use with this smart TV. And with the NEW Blu-Ray DVD player, you will be moved by the true astounding colors that will be displayed on the TV screen.
In the master bedroom, enjoy the 47” LED 1080p 120Hz flat screen SMART TV with BUILT IN WIFI which gives you access to a world of streaming movies, TV shows and music or watch DVDs from the luxury of your king bed. The bedroom has generous closet space with floor-to-ceiling mirrored doors. The master bath has plenty of counter space & includes a jacuzzi tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom is spacious to easily accommodate the 2 double beds with additional room for a large closet with mirrored doors & a dresser. There is a 32” LCD flat screen TV & DVD player for your entertainment. The guest bath also has a tub/shower combination.
The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any gourmet meals that you may choose to prepare. All dishes,cutlery,stemware, grill utensils, pots and pans are provided so you may dine in comfort. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional bar stools at the kitchen bar. The large laundry next to the kitchen has a full size washer & dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner as well as additional storage racks. A landline phone is also available in the unit for local calls only. An AC unit was installed Nov. 2012 and gets serviced annually. The unit also has a new dishwasher.
High 9' ceilings and floor to ceiling glass sliders bring the ocean right to you! Offering unparalleled views of the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy your coffee on balcony while listening to the sound of the waves crashing to the shore. You can also watch dolphins play from the comfort of your lounge chair or enjoy lunch on the outside dining furniture.
While the sheer beauty of the beach & the Gulf will keep you enthralled, at times when you want to get connected to the outside world, the condo is equipped with complimentary WiFi access. Four beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available for your use.
With over 400 feet of Gulf-front and only 106 units, the Navarre Beach Regency is the least congested condominium on Navarre Beach. The large Gulf front pool is heated seasonally (from first week of March to end of October) and there is a fitness center for use by the guests. For your enjoyment, charcoal grills are located at the east and west end of the building. The local beach service will also rent out kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards. For those choosing to vacation here in the winter, there are many planned social activities & events so that you may get to know other guests.

Typical of Navarre Beach are pristine white beaches, emerald green waters, rolling sand dunes, and breathtaking sunsets.The longest pier on the Gulf is within walking distance and offers fishing, music, and entertainment. Destin and Pensacola are about 30 minutes away. The beach road and bike trail to Pensacola are completely open allowing a scenic drive or bicycle trip through the Gulf National Seashore. Make it a point to see the Blue Angels practice session while you are there too! We have great restaurants within walking distance.
