This is a 3 bedroom contemporary designed family villa, with full air-conditioning and underfloor heating. Designed by and built by its owner, the villa is able to provide a very comfortable home from home. As such, it is fitted out with every conceivable domestic appliance and aid. The finish of the building is to the highest standard with luxury fittings, and is light and spacious.

“Lovely villa”
We have stayed at Simons villa a few times in the summer. We have always enjoyed it tremendously. The villa itself is clean very spacious and well looked after. The gardens are very serene and quiet. And the pool is a good size too. But above all Simon was always available by text to help if there were any issues. Highly recommend.

“A fantastic Stay!”
What a modern, light & spacious holiday villa! I cannot recommend this villa strongly enough. We first visited as a couple back in 2006 and enjoyed the space as a base for our adventures across the island and as a wonderful place to relax. We really enjoyed the privacy and the pool and the friendly locals at the tavern. Returning with our 9 month old was a different type of holiday, but no less enjoyable. Everything we needed for our baby girl was already there…a travel cot and a high chair to name a couple of things. There is a little play area with swings, literally around the corner which we popped to most days. The gates around the pool gave us peace of mind knowing that our little one wouldn’t accidentally roll her way in. There is also plenty of shade in the garden if you want it. My favourite area was among the trees on the edge of the garden. Reading a book there with a cold beer in hand, soaking in the sights and smells was absolute bliss! It is also so easy to get around by car, with the cosmopolitan city of Nicosia & 2 local beaches so close by. Simply being able to drive on the left side of the road is a bonus. We hired a car and had no trouble finding the villa or navigating our way around the island. Now a family of four, we look forward to returning again soon!
