Description

This roomy, 1056 square foot, second floor, Non-Smoking Condominium with private entrance and screened Lanai overlooks private pool and is a short walk to beautiful South Beach.

Kitchen has recently been updated with new cabinets, countertops, sink, dishwasher, microwave. The Master Bedroom has recently been redecorated with new furniture and features a queen-size bed and large walk-in closet, private full bathroom, and access to the Lanai. The Second Bedroom has two twins, plenty of closet space, and access to a separate Full Bathroom.

Living room has plenty of seating area with a new full sleeper sofa, new flat screen TV, DVD, and CD/AM/FM/Stereo player with speakers. Condo has wireless internet connections. Dining area with chairs and table are located directly off the fully-equipped, modern, and spacious kitchen. All linens provided. Washer and dryer in condo. Beach Equipment (chairs and umbrella and carrier) also included.

Response from the owner Thanks for informing us of the toilet paper issue. We pay extra to cleaning service to supply fresh rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom besides other arrival basics such as 1 roll of paper towels, a laundry package, a dish washer package, 1 liquid dish soap, and 1 body soap per bathroom. We will speak to our cleaning service to rectify.

We had a short walk to the beach. It is close to the main drag and was easy to get to air boad ride, sunset cruise and dolphin crusle. The condo more than met our needs.
