TropicVues maintains a tropical feel with ceiling fans, screened windows and is fully tiled throughout. The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests in air-conditioned comfort using existing bedding master with ensuite room 1 king, both room 2 and 3 are king, and 1 available to split into 2 king single beds

Portacot please bring own linen and high chair available for use

Linen,bath,pool towels,hair dryer, shampoo/cond and body wash supplied

Apartment features a laundry station with wash/dry facilities - wash powder supplied.

The open plan style of the house extends out to huge deck to enjoy tropical dining and relaxing.

TropicVues is fully fenced with maintained tropical garden and resort style plunge pool with island and coloured lighting for night swimming. - suitable for young children

Guest access is via secure gate at side of property. Guests have sole use of the downstairs apartment and undercover outdoor deck area. Upstairs apartment is holiday leased and may or not be rented during your stay. Pool area is shared by both apartments.

Entire house is available to holiday rent and can sleep up to 10 guests with total of 8 beds, please enquire with your interest for price and availability.

Friendly owner lives next door and in most cases will provide meet and greet service and mobile number to be on hand for assistance and advice if needed during your stay.

Parramatta Park is one of the closest suburbs to Cairns City - within easy walking distance to the Esplanade, which is a scenic promenade that stretches for 2.5km and includes a swimming lagoon, waterfront boardwalks, BBQ areas and a children's water park. The Southern end of the 'Espy' comprises of cafes and restaurant's, clubs and bars, shopping plazas, entertainment centre, casino and reef terminal.

TropicVues is located 5.8kms - 10 mins drive from Cairns International Airport and 1.5kms - 25 mins walk to Cairns Esplanade

Cairns Central Shopping Centre is 1.4kms - 15 mins walk this is for grocery shopping Coles supermarket but convenience, liquor store and great Thai takeaway are closer.

Bus service to city is from Sheridan Street 2 stops and Northern Beaches an easy 10 min walk to Sheridan Street.

TropicVues is centrally located to all tourist attractions in City Centre, Reef terminal, Tropical Tafe and Cairns Hospital.

Uber & Cairns Ride Share operates in Cairns and is generally the cheapest option.

No hens/bucks nights, parties or events and noise to be kept to minimum outside especially at night in respect to neighbours. Council laws apply to noise restrictions.

Only confirmed guests to access the property.

Patrick & Dee went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I broke my leg 2 days before our arrival and they did everything possible to help me enjoy my stay
