Hello! The luxurious two-bedroom apartment with underground parking, located in a luxury country spa resort of Sierra Cortina 3,5 km from Benidorm wait you! The apartment has an orchard and big terrace, it is located in a fenced and gated complex with children and adult swimming pools, play areas for children and landscape design. The apartment has two bedrooms and a large living room with american kitchen, furnished with trendy and stylish furniture, beautifully adorned accessories. Exit to the terrace of the hall and bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The apartment are personally powerful satellite dish, there is air conditioning, a large TV from 1000 world channels, wi-fi, the kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, all kinds of household appliances.
The apartment has a large terrace where you installed the cozy garden furniture.
Near apartment located the world famous amusement park Terra Mitica, just 2 km away. Next to Terra Mitica is a huge zoo Terra Natura with children's water park. In the zoo, you can walk among the animals, feed and touch them. Nearby have a shopping mall La Marina with boutiques, three huge supermarket, hypermarket Carrefour, Media-Markt and a big go-kart.
Go to the beach, comfortable buses, walking distance to the sea for 30-40 minutes or 5 min by car. Near located Europe's largest water park Aqualandia and Mundomar amusement park where you can swim with sea lions, dolphins and even stingrays, there are many interesting excursions to the knight of the castle, to the fantastic fortress of Guadalest, Dinopark, to local waterfalls and caves, as you will find an incredible zoo safari Aytana.
