Description

Luxury 5 Story 2227 square foot Townhome built in 2007. You have a 1 minute walk to Clearwater Beach! Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the intracoastal waterways from your private rooftop terrace. The townhouse was completely redecorated in August 2018. The entire interior has been painted. All of the furniture is brand new. All mattresses, bedding, towels, dishes, beach equipment, and outdoor furniture (including grill) are brand new. A lot of time money and love have been invested to make this townhouse your dream vacation!

Newly furnished rooftop! Dinning area has 6 seat dining table with gas BBQ grill. Lounge area has 3 person couch, 2 person couch and 2 chairs. There is a fire pit and large umbrella for those hot Florida days! There is an 8 person hot tub as well. A balcony railing bar is installed with 4 barstools to watch the sunset. The rooftop spans the length of the entire townhouse. One end offers endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. The opposite side is the intracoastal. Which has amazing views (especially at night). Spend the evening grilling, eating and hot-tubing.

Level one is the garage. It is a two car garage with plenty of room. It includes all sorts of fun for the beach. Including lots of toys, inflatables, beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon. You will also find a baby swing and baby walker and high chair. The best part is the elevator that will take you to all 5 floors!

The second floor is home to the kitchen, dining room, half bath and living room. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances including a new kitchen faucet. It has an Island with a prep sink. Also included is a coffee maker, iced tea maker, toaster, counter block knife set, high powered kitchenaid blender, outdoor dining ware and all of the dishes you would need. The dining room has a beautiful capiz chandelier and a white wood table set with 4 chairs and a bench. The living room has a couch, loveseat, and wicker chair. The capiz coffee table and end tables really make you feel the coastal vibes! The living room is also equipped with a smart TV.

This townhouse had 4 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is on the 3rd level. Is has 2 queen sized beds and is decorated with beautiful green and wood tones. Both mattresses are brand new and have new duvet covers with luxury down comforters inside. The room has a smart TV and a dresser for your belongings. The level has a Jack n Jill bathroom that has a closet for bedroom #1. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. There is a separate vanity room from the main bathroom. Both rooms have granite counter tops. Bedroom #2 is also located on level 3. This room has 1 queen bed. It is also decorated in green and wood tones. This room has a walk in closet and a small balcony. The closet contains a pack and play and air mattress. This level also has the washer and dryer in their own closet.

Bedroom #3 is the master on the 4th floor. It has a brand new white bedroom set with beautiful light blue walls. This room also has a new duvet cover with a down comforter inside. This room has a balcony you can sit on and enjoy the beautiful views of the gulf. The walk in closet is located right out side of the room next to the master bath. The master bath has a huge jetted garden tub, walk in shower and a double sink vanity. Relax in the tub and take in the views of the intracoastal waterway. The 4th bedroom on the 4th floor is the adorable bunk room. Painted in yellow with sea inspired quilts will make any kid (or adult can fit too) happy! Very cute room!

The house offers WiFi and cable TV in every room. An elevator that will take you to any floor in the townhouse.

If Jade (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
