Renting with pets? This bright, colorful and pet friendly two bedroom condo is tucked down a quiet lane off Agua Fria in the heart of the Guadalupe and Railyard district. The owner is an interior decorator wanting to show all that is Santa Fe in the selection of furnishings, decor, art and appointments.
Your home away from home offers an open living area with dining and well-equipped kitchen . There is access to a private, walled-in courtyard with dining table and grill. The downstairs has a bath with shower.
Upstairs you will find a small work area with desk as well as a full bath to accommodate the two bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Each bedroom has closet and small deck area. From this great location, you can stroll to the Farmer's Market and many wonderful restaurants, shops and galleries in the neighborhood as well as walk to the historic plaza, museums and galleries.
If you're looking for pet friendly condos in Santa Fe, this is one of the best! The home has evaporative cooling, parking for one car and will consider well-trained pets (dog or cat). Non-smokers only please. There is no fireplace in this home but all the other coveted Santa Fe features are here!!
