The garden of Elais welcomes you within its domain a Sibenik. 800 m from the beach on the Adriatic coast, the Guest House, in the heart of the garden of 5000 m2, planted with olive trees, almond trees and vineyards assure you peace and relaxation.
To the South, the living room, extended by a terrace (40 m 2), offers a panoramic sea view has more than 180 ° on the Bay of Sibenik and its chain of Islands.
To the North, a garrigue blank entirely, at the foot of the mountain, offers a picturesque panoramic views.
The home features a spacious double room suite was the bathroom. The Living Room and the kitchen overlooks the terrace and sea views.

However, you don't respect any conditions from the beginning to the departure.(perhaps i wasn't accepting you out of my time conditions???) People who reading this(including my wife and my precedent guest will laugh,lol) about your note and tone, they are going to make a quick opinion. We just hope that me and other Host don't have to deal with your kind of mentality, aggressivity and liar ( my game doesn't exist ???? lol and relol, 50m2 of game is difficult to hide Madame...Location is in mountain,... Lol no comments..about your '' imagination'' of my presence during your stay...why calling me if I was here? You were in emergency no? , strange, very strange... .in this case, your note and comments are very good, i must thanks you for your magnanimity. Best regards.

Votre 'rigoureuse' analyse ne tient néanmoins pas compte de votre non-respect de nos conditions inhérentes au dépôt de garantie tel que mentionné sur notre page : les sommes demandées n'ont pas été respectées et néanmoins acceptées par nos soins. Sans vouloir répondre point par point à vos remontrances subjectives, néanmoins: - la pression d'eau est celle de la ville de Sibenik en pleine saison et ne presente objectivement aucune contrainte réelle. - la terrasse est equipée d'un salon de jardin en tek comportant deux bancs de 3 places et deux fauteuils avec coussins sur sol en beton (voir photos)... - l'équipement multimedia est disponible par simple pression et rotation sur le bouton de la vitre du meuble TV. le bouchon de la baignoire se trouve dans le meuble de la salle de bains tel qu'évoqué lors de la présentation. - Nous acceptons effectivement la clientèle fumeur tel que mentionnée dans nos conditions lisibles et à lire apparemment sur notre page.
