This tropical retreat single family home boasts 1800sq. ft.of living space on the in the Braden River Lakes subdivision. The home is nestled among lush tropical palms and Florida vegetation. The expansive plantings provide privacy and a natural preserve setting in the backyard tropical paradise. The main living area as well as the kitchen area, bar area, eat in kitchen nook, Master Bedroom, and living dining room combination room all have views of the gorgeous pool and palms.

The interior of the home is light-filled and decorated in tropical hues through out. The comfortable living area with two leather sofas has high ceilings, wood table, a woven rug and is tastefully decorated with a tropical theme. There is bar seating in kitchen with three stools overlooking the backyard as well as a kitchen nook area with seating for 6. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, including fridge with ice and water dispenser, glass cook top stove, microwave and every dish and service you will need for dinners in or outside on the patio. The laundry area with washer and dryer is conveniently located just inside the kitchen/pantry area. Entertainment is available with multiple flat screen TV's in the bedrooms and a large 50" TV in the main living area. WIFI internet for all your wireless devices.

The ULTIMATE ENTERTAINING outdoor space has four different outside areas one with a relaxing area just off main home under the covered lanai area with a metal table and seating for 6, the second is by the pool bath with a metal table and two chairs, the third area is a deck that has two loungers with small table for the ultimate sun exposure, and the fourth area is a backyard deck with four chairs, there is also an area to try your hand at corn hole game. There are also four plastic beach chairs provided that can be moved around the backyard for the sun lovers to relax and catch some rays, read a good book, or enjoy the shell island along the edge of the pool and backyard with lush tropical plants.

The tropical pool is large enough to swim laps. The pool is approximately 26'x13' and is 3' at the shallow end and 5' at the deep end. There are three steps going from the patio to enter the pool as well as a swim out in the deep end the shallow end has a small sun shelf with a bubbler. The pool has pebbletec surface for gorgeous blue water. Sit and relax in the pool as you watch the sunset come in and out of the backyard oasis.

In the master bedroom, you'll sleep comfortably in a king-sized bed with comforter, feather pillows, a large walk- in closet, headboard, dresser, and end tables, Palm fan, enjoy Cable TV, and an en-suite bath with dual vanities, garden tub, separate open tiled shower, and separate toilet room with closet. The split plan offers additional two bedrooms one with single twon beds, small night stand, and small closet. While the second bedroom has white, grey, and coral hues with a queen size bed with comforter, small night stand, reading table/lamp, flat screen smart tv with table and large walk in closet. The two back bedrooms share the central bath with the outside pool area that has updated spa like tub and shower combination.

Every amenity has been thought of including board games and toys for children and teenagers, a high chair and folding crib/playpen for baby is also available. This community offers a large lap pool, sand volley ball court, tennis court, and playground for small children and baby swings all within a short 2 minute walk. Don't feel like cooking no problem Outback, Appleebee's, Gecko's, Pizza, Migi Sushi located within walking distance as well as Publix grocery, Office Depot, Dollar Tree, and Tractor Supply Store.

Response from the owner We strive for 5 stars with every guest and have over 400 positive reviews on our properties that shows the manner in which we maintain our homes and our fantastic customer service shown to every guests. Since you are the spouse of Ula who has already left a negative review any future guest can read this false review and know that you are writing a retaliation review because you did damage to the property and your damage deposit was kept to pay for those damages. Your wife already attested to the fact the home was very clean and perfect. The home is sprayed monthly for pest control and maintained to the highest standards. For future guests it is important to understand that a damage deposit can not be kept without proof, documentation, pictures, receipts of repairs etc. A check in video is done upon arrival showing exact condition of home including drawers, cabinets, inside and outside of home etc...... In this guest instance even the lock on the electrical box was documented. It is always unfortunate when a guest chooses to damage your home and we as Owners have to keep a deposit to cover our cost. In five years of owning a vacation business and having hundreds of guests we have only claimed 4 damage deposits with valid proof of all the damages incurred and receipts for repairs.

Response from the owner As the Owner of my home I strive for 5 stars with every guest as evidenced by my more than 400 positive reviews. I rarely have a negative review and if so, they are usually retaliation reviews simply because the guests did damage to my home and the deposit was kept in order to pay for damage. We maintain our homes with very high standards and give excellent customer service to every guests. Guests can always feel comfortable that we will respond immediately and take care of any concerns they have during their stay. For future guests it is important to note prior to arrival a timed/dated video check in is done to show the state of the home as well as document things for protection not only for myself but as well as the guests. Such video was done the day of this guest arrival as well as video showing lock being put on the heater for the pool. The guest chose not to pay for the heat and instead break off the lock and spikes in the electrical bill of daily usage suggests pool heater was in fact turned on. Sworn documentation was provided by pool company stating pool box was locked and the following week the lock and been broken into and was ripped off. The pool company we use has a fantastic reputation and as part of their job they send before and after pics every time the pool is cleaned. Documented pics show on Dec 27 pool was clear and looked great however on Jan 3rd pool had two new rust stains due to two hair bobby pins left at the bottom of pool. This could have only been caused by the guest currently staying in the home. Any time a damage deposit is kept valid proof, dates, times, receipts of repairs and documents are provided. It is unfortunate that the guest did damage to our home and we had to keep the deposit for repairs. We run our business with integrity and have maintained a very successful vacation business for over 6 years as evidenced by our reviews and repeat guests. The quality, care and attention to detail we put in our homes and with our guests are proof of our excellent reputation.
