Description
The house, 200 meters from the sea, is set in a village, which is accessed by private card given to our guests; It is inserted in a thick Mediterranean vegetation and is equipped with a video surveillance service, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as a private car park a few meters from 'apartment. The beaches are made of fine white sand and crystal clear water. The apartment, with air conditioning and heating, can be lived even in winter. It 'has a separate entrance and consists of a living room (equipped with a sofa, cupboards, a dresser with crockery and cutlery, table and chairs and a built-in installation with the TV) connected to a kitchenette with everything you need (kitchen gas, oven, dishes, towels, pans, etc.) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine on the ground floor, an attic room with two beds and a double bedroom with bathroom upstairs. They will also be provided with sheets and towels. Communicating with the kitchen, there is a small private outdoor space equipped with outdoor lighting and furnished with tables and chairs where you can comfortably relax and have lunch. Guests will have access to the entire house, except to a closet where I'd like to keep my clothes. The apartment still has many closets and drawers so there is room for objects and clothes of 2 or more persons. Guests can use our beach umbrella and our deck, having carefully if they want access to the beaches of the village, or can make use of the fully equipped beach.
