Description

Beautifully appointed waterfront studio-condo located in the peaceful Pirates Bay resort in Fort Walton Beach. The resort enjoys a fabulous location, backing onto the Santa Rosa Sound and is just a two minute drive away from the beautiful Emerald Coast white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island and Destin.

Unit A306 is located on the third floor with panoramic views of the pool, marina, Intracoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. Recently renovated with all new appliances, furniture and decoration.

Our unit sleeps four people with a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. Although four adults are possible it is really best suited for two adults and two children. Everything has been provided for short or long term stays including a kitchenette with a small two burner glass stove, microwave (no oven) and a large refrigerator; please note there is no oven. There is a 40" LED TV with cable/HBO, DVD player, free high speed Wi-Fi, tea/coffee making facilities and a full ensuite bathroom.

The views from the private 3rd floor balcony are one of the great features for a relaxing stay. The building has an elevator, guest laundry facilities, ice machines, vending machines, two large pools, small private beach area (on the sound), two grilling areas, marina, fishing dock and free parking.

Please note that our Marina is currently CLOSED for repairs due to damage from hurricane Sally.

We also have a boat slip available for rent for an additional fee.

The boat 36 ft. x 15 ft. slip has fresh water hookup (renter to supply hose) and shore power (30 amp). The fees are shown below:

All slip fees are subject to six percent sales tax.

All guests renting the boat slip must submit and maintain current proof of liability insurance coverage in the minimum amount of three hundred thousand dollars and must have a current boat registration.

Well-behaved pets are welcome, subject to an extra fee of $50 plus tax per pet per booking.

Getting around

A car is highly recommended if you want to travel around the area. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but the majority of attractions will require a vehicle, especially during the hot seasons. There are numerous local taxi services and Ubers should you require them.

Interaction with guest

Our unit benefits from an electronic door lock. We provide guests with all the necessary entry details after final payment is made. This means that guests are free to arrive whenever they choose. The resort is fully gated and is also conveniently protected by electronic key coded gates. Please note, this is a self catering unit. We provide all the necessary bed linens, towels, and toiletries for initial stay of two nights. After that it is the guests responsibility to clean the linens and towels as they require; we do not provide a maid service.

Guests must be 21 years of age to book.

Guests are requested to be respectful of other guests by keeping noise down before 9AM and after 9PM.

Pools are open from 9am until 11pm.

Bed linens and bath towels are included in the unit. A set of bathroom amenities is provided. Tea and coffee making supplies is provided.

Note: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Guests to bring their own beach/pool towels.
