OFFRIAMO UN SOGGIORNO IN PIENA SICUREZZA E TRANQUILLITà IN UN COMPLESSO PRIVATO DI ABITAZIONI PER LE VACANZE, SITUATO IN MEZZO AL VERDE NELLA ZONA DI SANTA MARIA DI LEUCA.
Il Trullo Salentino è un antico edificio in pietra in mezzo alla verde, ideale per gli amanti della natura e del campeggio; di conseguenza non dispone delle stesse caratteristiche e dello stesso comfort di un moderno appartamento di città.
Questa casa vacanze si trova su una collina sopra le lunghe spiagge sabbiose di Pescoluse, chiamate anche "Maldive del Salento", in un grande uliveto privato. La vista del mare e gli splendidi tramonti sono unici da lì. La posizione è particolarmente tranquilla e ariosa, e anche in piena estate. È possibile raggiungere le spiagge in circa tre minuti di auto. Nella zona non c'è il rumore di pizzerie, bar, file di automobili, ciclomotori e pedoni, cosa non così comune vicino al mare. Pescoluse sta tra Gallipoli e Santa Maria di Leuca, il punto più meridionale del tacco dello stivale sul Mar Ionio.
Su una superficie di circa 35 mq all'interno della antica costruzione si trova una zona soggiorno con una soprastante zona notte sul soppalco di legno, direttamente sotto la caratteristica cupola in pietra. E' presente un impianto di aria condizionata. Nella zona esterna di circa 40 mq si trova una cucina estiva coperta con zona pranzo, un bagno e un ampio parcheggio. Il soggiorno è arredato con una zona TV, TV satellitare e un divano letto di 160 x 190 cm e una poltrona letto per una persona. Una scala in legno conduce alla zona notte sul soppalco di legno con un letto matrimoniale, 160 X 190, sotto la suggestiva cupola di pietra. All'esterno si trovano, ombreggiate da un tetto, la cucina con la zona pranzo ed attaccato ad essi il bagno. La cucina dispone di una fornello a gas, frigorifero con freezer, lavastoviglie, oltre della solita mocca di una macchina di caffè con filtro, microonde e tostapane. Vicino alla cucina c'è la zona pranzo con tavolo e sedie. Nel bagno si trovano un wc, bidet, lavandino, una lavatrice e una doccia. Secondo le disposizioni vigenti il bagno doveva essere costruito all'esterno. L'intera area esterna è ben illuminata durante la notte. Un impianto solare produce molto acqua calda. Il trullo dispone di WIFI (gratuito).
La costruzione e le istallazioni rispettino le misure di sicurezza e si corre alcun rischio durante il normale utilizzo degli elettrodomestici e altri dispositivi. Il trullo va consegnato con biancheria da letto e da bagno. Il prezzo include il cambio settimanale.
Una culla e un seggiolone sono disponibili gratuitamente su richiesta.Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti e sono ammessi gratuitamente.
Lo spazio attorno il TRULLO è piastrellato con la tipica pietra leccese. Un tavolo, sedie e lettini invitano a rilassarsi, a prendere il sole e a giocare. Il terreno privato è di 8000 mq e di conseguenza i bambini e gli animali domestici godono di molta libertà. Inoltre sono a disposizione una comoda doccia esterna, un ampio parcheggio chiuso e un grande barbecue in pietra. Dal luogo e soprattutto dal tetto accessibile del Trullo si può godere di una magnifica vista panoramica sui suggestivi dintorni del Salento e il mare cristallino.
I TRULLI salentini appartengono al paesaggio tradizionale e sono ora tutelati. Il nostro trullo è una costruzione imponente ed è stato restaurato nel 2013 con cura nel rispetto della tradizione visto che si tratta di un antico edificio che veniva utilizzato in passato comunemente come ripostiglio o come riparo dagli agricoltori in alcuni periodi legati al lavoro. Le pareti di pietra spesse vecchie sono un isolamento naturale dalla temperatura esterna, sia in inverno che in estate.
I trulli sono vecchi edifici con un certo fascino. Tradizione e modernità si uniscono. Sono alloggi per gli amanti della pace e della tranquillità. Il buon gusto si combina con un forte desiderio di originalità. Sono l'ideale per coloro che amano qualcosa di speciale in un'atmosfera d'altri tempi, ma senza dover rinunciare al comfort moderno e volendo godere della splendida vista del mare azzurro e il paesaggio tipico del Salento.
Lungo la spiaggia di Pescoluse ci sono bar, ristoranti e alcuni piccoli negozi. Dei supermercati si trovano a Salve a circa 1,5 km e nella vicina Presicce. È inoltre possibile trovare nei paesi farmacie, banche, un ufficio postale, bar, ristoranti e altri negozi. Anche nella prossima località di Torre Vado, a circa 1,2 km da Pescoluse, si trovano una farmacia, piccoli negozi di alimentari e un negozio di pesce. Dietro le spiagge iniziano le colline con gli ulivi, che forniscono una buona opportunità per passeggiate a piedi e in bicicletta. Anche le piccole città hanno spesso un centro locale con piccoli gioielli architettonici. Si consiglia una visita a Santa Maria di Leuca (antichi palazzi), a Gallipoli la bella, a Lecce (città barocca), ad Otranto.
