Description

A skier's delight can be found at our Wintergreen vacation home on Squirrel Tree Lane, featuring ski in and ski out on the intermediate slope Tyro so that no time is wasted in traffic. Home is located 70' from the parking area, located in a private wooded area directly on the Tyro slope.

The house is filled with amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and inviting fireplace plus outstanding views of the surrounding mountainside and slopes, which are great any time of the year.

The house has 3-bedrooms including a loft. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed with dedicated master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The loft has two bunk beds.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation filled with fun. After a busy day on the slopes or tubing, relax in front of the fire playing games, watching movies or enjoying the beautiful view.

Updates in fall 2011: Renovations just completed to exterior, kitchen, and laundry. New exterior paint, new full sized washer and dryer and new kitchen stove. Added wi-fi internet.

Update in Spring 2012: Added Central Heating and Cooling unit. 99% of the time AC is not needed!
Update in Fall 2014: Replaced walkway and steps. Added a ski rack. Mounted TV above fireplace mantle.

This place worked well for our two family ski vacation. We loved being able to ski in and out. The kitchen was well stocked. The fireplace was so cozy.
