If you are thinking of vacationing in Park City, Utah this summer or are already looking towards next winter season, this property is just what you’ve been looking for. It not only offers you the greatest on-hill location – 2-minute walk to the Canyons Red Pine Gondola – and tons of Resort amenities, but this modern condo also offers guests with the finest finishes, furniture, comforts and design. As a Guest of ours, you are also entitled to additional on-site services including, but not limited to: rooftop hot tub and plunge pool, outdoor pool, complimentary transportation shuttle, bell service, fitness center, ski valet (winter only), bike valet (summer only) complimentary underground parking, ski lounge and much more!

When you enter the home, you will immediately notice the an open living area with great west-facing mountain views and a completely remodeled gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is properly finished with quartz countertops, a complete set of stainless steel appliances including Bosch Refrigerator, GE stove, microwave, and dishwasher and Custom Poplar Stain Cabinets to brighten the entire space. The full kitchen is also equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, tea & toaster and offers guests a wide variety of cookware, dishes and flatware to prepare your daily meals, when you choose to eat-in. Entertaining between the kitchen and living room is made even easier with the built-in breakfast bar with quartz counters. Just off of the kitchen is the dining area with table and seating for four (4), which acts as another great space to entertain and relax after a day skiing the slopes or hiking in Park City, Utah.

The living room is comfortably equipped with a queen size pull out sofa, gas fireplace, a Flat Screen HDTV. This 1 Bedroom Suite can accommodate up to four (4) Guests. From your main living space, you can also enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Just step out onto your private covered balcony that offers up privacy, patio set for two (2) and sweeping views of the canyon below and the very center of Canyons Resort where concerts, festivals, activities and events take place year-round. It's the perfect place to be if you want to enjoy the events while avoiding the crowds during July 4th weekend or New Year’s Eve.

The master bedroom is nicely situated off of the main living area and features a king size bed with high-quality linens and bedding, HDTV and large oversized windows to let natural sunlight in all day. The modern décor of the home is carried into the master suite

The down valley and plaza view from the Condo is great and the location next to the gondola is as good as it gets! The furnishings in the unit were also very nice.
