Description

Direct Beach front 2 BR / 2 Bath Corner unit on the 7th floor (of an 8 floor building) in a low density building (Clearwater Condo) with only 32 units and a private pool. 10 foot walk and you are on the beach. Private pool with pool gated access. Two grills on site by pool for guest use. 5 min walk to the Gulf State Park Pier! East Beach next to state park so less crowds - 2 miles of undeveloped beach next door!

How do damage deposits work?
