Don't worry about power outages! We are solar powered + 2 Tesla batteries.

This is a fully remodeled cozy, very bright one bedroom/one bathroom apartment on a quiet street in Old San Juan. Perfect for two guests (max. 3). It is on the second floor of a two floor colonial house. High ceilings. It has a queen size bed in the bedroom. It has a/c in bedroom and living area, and WiFi. Fully equipped open kitchen with gas stove top, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and fridge. Bedroom opens up to a large, quiet, very private terrace with comfortable furniture to relax and a table. The house has been completely remodeled respecting its colonial style. You can easily walk all of Old San Juan and dine at the most renowned restaurants, visit the forts and see the most spectacular views of the San Juan Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Lively « plazas » are one and two blocks away. It is one block from the Ocean Walk and El Jibarito Restaurant and walking distance to everything Old San Juan has to offer. Old San Juan is close to Escambron beach, Condado and Miramar!

The terrace is a quiet area for relaxing and meditating. We ask our guests to respect our neighbors and avoid music and loud conversations in this area.
