Beautiful apartment in Parque Santiago 2 (Park Santiago 2). Located in the heart of Las Americas, the most popular resort in south of Tenerife island.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom is suitable for 2 people, plus there is a chair-bed in the main room. Baby cot, for a child under 3 years old, is provided at request.

Bright open plan living room/kitchen leads to spacious terrace. Here you can enjoy private sunbathing, dining and wonderful views of the Atlantic ocean and mountain Teide. The apartment is well-equipped and includes everything for a comfortable stay, i.e. stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. There is a heated swimming pool inside the complex.

The complex is situated in peaceful place, surrounded with inviting restaurants, cozy bars, shops and food stores. The golden mile with its glamorous parties, huge shopping centers, and fashionable boutiques are just in 6 minutes walk. The lengthy seafront promenade and the beach are at the doorstep of the apartment. Nice and relaxing day/night walks and beach sunbathing are guaranteed. Free public parking is available close to accommodation. Minimum stay is 1 week. A refundable €200 security deposit is required.

Had a great time, location of the apartment was great for the pubs, beach and shops. The apartment had everything that you will need, clean and a great balcony. Would recommend and definitely stay again.
