BEACH FRONT BEAUTY!! Experience the stunning view from the balcony at this newly remodeled 3 bed/ 3 bath condo! From the perch of the 14th floor, you will feel like you’re out on a ship, surrounded by the emerald water of the Gulf. Centrally located to shopping, dining and fun summer activities in the heart of Destin, Jade East #1440 has it all!! The master bedroom has a king size bed and the large master bath boasts a walk-in tiled shower. The master bedroom and living room boast floor to ceiling windows and access the best views in the are of the beach below. There is a queen size bed in the second bedroom with two full size beds in the third room. There is also a pull-out sleeper. Each bedroom has a TV and WIFI available. The kitchen is fully stocked with an open floor plan, granite counters and great for entertaining friends and family. There is a spacious pool and a tennis court for your enjoyment. The living room decor is serene and timeless, creating a seamless blend of neutral color and contrast, comfort and elegance. Furnished with more than the typical beach decor, this unit will appeal to the discerning traveler. The open concept kitchen is a chef’s delight, with bountiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a peninsula for meal prep. With 3 stools, this area doubles as a breakfast bar. The dining table for 6 is strategically placed right in front of a floor-to-ceiling window, allowing you to take in the magnificent view as you feast on your meal.

The master bedroom looks over the Gulf from two sets of floor-to-ceiling windows and allows for easy access through the private sliding glass door. Imagine yourself out there late at night, with a glass of wine in hand, enjoying the warm breeze and the sky full of stars. You’ll also have the convenience of a flat screen TV and the privacy of a cozy seating area, perfect for reading or catching up on social media. The spa-like master bath has granite counters and an oversized step-in shower.

The first guest room offers a queen size bed, with flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The second guest room features two double beds, a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Two guest baths each have granite vanities and tub/showers.

How do damage deposits work?
