6 bedroom Villa Pattaya Hill with private pool.

Our delightful villa for 12 persons with private pool (6 x 10 meters) is only minutes away from Pattaya with her shopping malls, nightlife and beautiful beaches.

The villa is tastefully decorated and has a large L-shaped living room; the spacious kitchen is fully equipped. 6 bedrooms and 5 beautiful bathrooms. The living room has a flat TV with surround sound, 2 large couches and 3 single armchairs, a bookcase for hours of reading pleasure and a large dining table for 6-8 people.

Our spacious kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, ice machine, freezer, cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom has a walk in closet with a private bathroom and a bath, separate shower and toilet. The other bedrooms have double beds and each 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, there is only 1 bedroom with no private bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned.

The gardens are set around the fabulous private pool ( size 6 x 10 meters) with its crystal clear water warmed by Pattaya's great weather with all year tropical sunshine. Our large outside dining area offers plenty of shaded seating, perfect for those BBQ evenings.

The Neighborhood

On the compound is 24×7 security and night patrols. The estate is located just off a main road which has plenty of good restaurants and fine bars including a Irish Pub, mini markets, fresh food markets, a German bakery (Fresh bread every morning), ATMs, shops and massage spas all just a few minutes walk from the villa.

On arrival

On arrival the beds will be made, 4 towels will be provided on each room and we will welcome you at the Villa to give you the keys and all the information.

The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with FREE cold beers, soft drinks and bottles drinking water.

We provide a daily cleaning service, our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you and make up the beds. Every 4-5 days they will put clean sheets on the beds and change the towels.

We have a taxi service to pick you up from the Airport or Bangkok city, cost depending on how many people, send us a request and we will send you the prices.

Information map, on arrival you will receive a map with information about restaurant, bars, tours, golf, supermarkets and tours that can be visit in Pattaya and Jomtien.

The Villa has a private taxi service, our driver will pick you up at the Villa and bring you to the beach, City, Supermarket, restaurants or other places you like to go, all prices for this service are in the information map at the Villa for you.

On request we can provide scooters, they will be ready at the house when you arrival, we work with a local company that provide good bikes.

On arrival we ask you a security deposit for 200 euro / Dollar or valuta from your own country, you will receive that back when we check you out the day that you leave the villa.

Electric is excluded from the rental price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost are 8 Baht a KW, water is free of charge.

After the booking we will send you a separate agreement with more details about the Villa, and also the route to the house.

During your stay you can contact us 24/7, we are always there to help you when there are any problems.

Night life

For the best nightlife have a look at the Famous Walking Street and Soi LK Metro just a few minutes away from the Villa.

- VIP Taxi, on arrival at the airport we can pick you up, our private driver will be their with your name on a plate and brings you comfortable to the Villa.

- Scooters, during your stay you can rent scooters with us; on arrival they will be ready at the villa.

- VIP tour Bus, we provide tours around Pattaya with a VIP bus; you will have a private driver to look arround pattaya during a day.

- Information map, on arrival you will receive a map with information about restaurant, bars, tours, golf, and more that can be visit in Pattaya and Jomtien.

- Taxi service on the compound, we have a taxi service for your daily shopping or to go to a nice restaurant.

- The Villa has a washing machine but when you don’t want you can bring it to the laudry service just outside the compound.

- Restaurants, bars and daily grocery you will find within a few minutes walk from the Villa.

How do damage deposits work?

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
