Description

This newly listed stunning property is located on 8-acres on a private lot in the esteemed West Ridge private community. Upon entrance on to the property you will park your vehicles under the carport to the right of the garage. Walk through the gardens where you will see your guest house on the right. Upon entering your personal private code (which will be provided prior to arrival) on the front door, you will step into the living room and your vacation begins. The upstairs bedroom is spacious with a california king bed and its own bathroom. It also has a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the vineyard view. The downstaris bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with amazing views and a patio furnished with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with your basic cooking needs including an assortment of coffees and teas. Outside on the patio off of the kitchen is a gas barbecue which is yours to use during your stay. Do not forget your bathing suits so you can enjoy the large infinity pool and jacuzzi. Located on the front lawn is a gazebo which is another great place to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the vineyard view. While outside you might get lucky and see a family of deer, rabbits or even roadrunners. And if you do decide to leave the property there are an abundance of top-rated wineries in the area most of which have tasting rooms open daily. Also, Downtown Paso Robles is home to many tasting rooms, restaurants, a movie theater and shopping. Throughout your entire stay the pool area and jacuzzi are exclusively available for your use until 11pm (The slide is not included), you will not have to share with anyone else.
