We are located just 3 blocks from the best beaches an hotels at PALM BEACH area, supermarkets, shopping malls, jewelry stores, casinos, cafes, and cinemas.

Our premise is that you feel at home while enjoying al wonders that Aruba has to offer.

“Perfect stay in Aruba”

We highly recommend this home for a couple or small family. It would be hard to find a hotel or resort suite that is as nice as this rental. Manfred and Mary maintain this apartment to the highest standards we have seen in vacation rentals. Hot water shower, outdoor shower, laundry, full kitchen, beautiful outdoor area, BBQ, AC in all rooms. Everything you could possibly need and all kept in a very clean condition. Owners are very helpful and attentive without being intrusive. We stayed 3 weeks and entertained several of our local friends who also were impressed by this property. We hope this property is available when we plan our next trip to Aruba. Thank you again Manfred and Mary!

Located close to the all the beaches and downtown Noord. House was very clean and well kept. Manfred and his wife were very friendly and super accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

“Value Accommodation in Prime Location”

This apartment is in a prime location within biking distance ( 4 beach cruiser bicycles included) of Palm Beach and hotel restaurant district. Walking distance from the beach I would guess is about 15 minutes. It accommodated our family of four sufficiently, with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. Upon orientation we were told the dishwasher did not work, which was unfortunate as that was a factor in us selecting the apartment. Also, the water does not really get "hot," but that was okay given that we were usually wanting a cooler shower after soaking up the Aruban sun. The coffee pot needs replacing, the "hot tub" is in a dreadful state and has a foul smell emanating from it, and there were no wine glasses or regular drinking glasses in the apartment. There were two roll-away beds that we never used, but could be set up easily to sleep another two people. I used the grill and it worked fine. The air-conditioning was good, and was welcomed after days in the sun. There was enough space to park our rental car on site. The many roosters from neighboring houses let us know when the sun was up (lol). The high speed internet and safe were welcomed amenities. One of the best things about the apartment was the customer service. The owners were always available and responded quickly and thoroughly to emails leading up to the rental. They were so nice to pick us up and our many bags from a nearby hotel, drop us at the apartment, and then take me back to the airport to pick up our rental car. They even helped us transport our bags to the airport on the day we checked out. The house is great for a group on a budget!

Excellent location! Near shopping, hotels, and beaches. Manfred and Mary treated us like family. Plan to stay another 5 weeks next year.
