• Exclusively furnished 85 m² apartment (excl. 22 m² terrace, 14 m² wellness area and garage) in a green surrounding, elaborately redesigned Villa.

• A spacious, fully equipped kitchen, luxury design-bath with floating bath, a light-filled bedroom with separate dressing area, a stylish living room with access to the large sun terrace, underfloor heating and dimmer lights in all the rooms meet even the highest demands.

• The park-like grounds gives you an extensive sunbathing in the summer, delightful evenings on the large sun terrace, pure tranquility and unique views.

• A relaxation program at the spa with sauna, rainshower and relaxation area completes your filled vacation days from successful.

• Internet / Wi-Fi, 2 cable TV, DVD / Blu-ray players, CD players, and multi-room sound system are standard. Premium bedding, bathrobes, towels, hair dryer and safe, as well as many daily necessities, such as Household cloths, cleaners, or a selection of kitchen spices are available. The sun terrace is equipped with a seating area for 4 people and 2 sun loungers. Washer and dryer are available.
