Located directly on the beautiful white beaches with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner unit is located on the 7th floor. Enjoy the spacious room with two Master Bedrooms with King beds and private balcony. Included in the remodel were new cabinets, granite, stainless steel appliances, new bedding and beds, living room furniture, and décor throughout. Located one mile west of the Hwy 59, the complex is convenient to all restaurants, shopping and night life. A stacked washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Free high speed internet access via wi-fi is included, along with free local calls and cable. Amenities also include iron and ironing board and all linens.The complex has two pools, one heated and two kiddie pools. Best of all, you are only a few short steps to the beautiful sugary white sand beaches! A security guard is on duty for your safety.

We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay.

Place was very clean and roomy. Perfect fit for me and my family of 8. So much to do within walking distance and really convienient to the beach and pool!
