Unique terraces and balconies overlooking the valley of the medieval town and from where you can admire the well-known Castle of Montecchio Vesponi from the 9th century.
The search for a warm and welcoming Tuscan abode is over. Cottage Luigina Cortona is a stone-clad home adjoined to another occupied house on a small family estate encircled by olive groves. From here, the alluring hill towns of Tuscany and Umbria are within easy reach. The vibrant, medieval hill town of Castiglion Fiorentino is within a five minute drive, and Cortona, Tuscany's highest hill town is 10 minutes away.This cottage cortona very comfortably hosts up to three couples with each bedroom. Guests are greeted by a spacious living and bathroom incorporating all the elements of a classic country home from the terracotta tiles to the thick beamed ceilings. At least one window is screened in each room.Passing through the living room , you enter a huge room , with a corner all in stone with television , home theater system and wi- fi modem , beside a piano bar .in another corner there are a stove , where you can relax reading a good book .through the hall you come to the first bedroom and dining room with fireplace and kitchen .Technical DescriptionGround floor : four steps and you enter a living room with bathroom and shower . Going up another 3 steps on a higher level , you enter the lounge with access to a large master bedroom with large window overlooking the landscape and air conditioning and minibar . From the hall to the living room with fireplace and kitchen with stove , oven , refrigerator and dishwasher and washing machine . Large lounge with TV and WiFi modem .First floor: a double bedroom , a private bathroom with shower , air conditioning and minibar and a balcony overlooking the landscape . A room with a double bed with three windows for good air circulation .climbing the stairs from the hall you get to the other two rooms , one with private bathroom .through a path in the woods behind the house , you get to the highest point of the property where the pool is located , with a view that overlooks the whole landscape.when you get to the cottage luigina , you encounter a garage . Through of all stone stairs , you get to a huge terrace above the garage , where you can organize barbecues and eating out , enjoying the view of the Tuscan landscape .
