Description

Lovely apartment, fully equipped and suitable for families, golfers, sun-seekers and those who want a fantastic holiday. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need to make your stay there easy and relaxing. Sun terrace - perfect for evening BBQs, and the enormous community pool with sunbeds, umbrellas for shade and a lifeguard during the peak summer months - all just a minute's walk from the apartment. Plenty of grass areas and scenic gardens to play in. Kid's playground near pool. Wifi included and air con in bedrooms from spring 2016.

Secure first floor location, good selection of local restaurants (Robin Hood Inn, Chilli Tex Mex / Indian, Vanity lounge, Senator Banus Hotel, Lebanese, Mama Elena Italian, Salduna beach restaurant.

On site supermarket, beach bar (Salduna Beach, part of Puro Beach Group,) and pool bar (Benamara Gardens) all just a 5 minute walk.

Lounge sofa bed is a double but only suitable for 1 due to the maximum occupancy of 5 guests in the apartment. Cot and highchair on request for 25 euros per week (please advise upon booking if required.)

For larger groups, two families, or guests wanting their own bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, this apartment can also be rented in conjunction with the Benamara Cipresses ground floor apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 5-6) directly below - see Holiday Lettings home ID 5707573.

Plenty of local amenities within walking distance of the apartment, so car hire is not essential. Good public transport service and taxis.

Interaction with guest

You will be emailed a code to access the key safe a couple of days before your holiday, and will be able to let yourself in when you arrive. If there are any problems, the property managers are local and English speaking, and very reliable. I will also be available by email if there are any issues which cannot be resolved.

In order not to disturb the neighbours, owners must ensure their dogs do not bark - day or at night.

“Very cosy with every thing an apartment should, right down to elastoplasts”

We already knew the location having spent previous holidays just across the way. Perfectly located if you enjoy the beach, walking and just grabbing plenty of fresh air. The Restaurants and bars are numerous and all located within a 10 minute walk, the closest being 45 steps away (Robin Hood) - great food and entertainment. The apartment is spacious, very clean and has just about everything you would need in your own home - perfect ... Nicky, the manager appointed by the owner was excellent and just at the end of the phone We will stay again, just don't know when, but when we do we will be looking forward to it. How do damage deposits work?
