The house is in an area of 5800m^2, surrounded of a flower garden. Next to the house there is a garden with all kind of seasonal groceries and olive trees. The internal of the residence is 340m^2, is organised with all the necessities for hosting many people (aircondition, washing machine, a full organised kitchen, hair dryers, cable tv, wi-fi,), also during the winter, as there is a fireplace and central heating. There is also a small apartement (45m^2) where can stay 2 more guests with privacy. There is also a swimming pool, with proper place for babies and children. At the backyard there is a barbecue for outdoor cooking and eating.

The view of the house is fantastic, with the coast of Tersanas and the mountain of Stavros.

There is a but station around 500 m from the house. You can use the bus to visit the city of Chania. a car though is higly recommended.

“Fabulous Villa, amazing location.”

Once we found this beautiful villa we were impressed by the space, both in the villa and the grounds. The owners had waited for us to arrive - we managed to get lost driving from Chania airport which is only a 10/15 minute drive. We were four friends looking for a week of rest, relaxation with the option to explore a little. We found all of this in this villa. The walk through the olive grove to the beach was a highlight for us, and Tersanas beach and sea were amazing. Everyone we met was friendly and even if we didn't understand each other we all smiled. There are so many places around the villa to sit and view the gardens, swimming pool the wonderful view of the sea and mountains. As well as fresh lemons for our cocktails. We saw some great sunsets and heard a lot of birdsong. It was good to be in an area that wasn’t over commercialised so we felt we saw some of ‘real Crete’ We would strongly recommend this villa to our friends and families.
