ABOUT SPLASH BEACH RESORT

Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone. There is an adult only swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. There is also a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river. There is a poolside Bar & Grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably priced menu. High Speed Internet access is available many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories and surf shop. Also, there is a mini grocery store, coffee and ice cream shop located onsite, giving Splash just about everything that most guests need on their vacation so that they need not leave until they are ready to check out.

Parking is onsite at the resort. It incurs a $25 resort fee for the use of their parking garage, parking passes, and wristbands which you will pay directly to the front desk upon arrival. Bike rentals available via several bike rental companies in the area.

Panhandle Getaways also has a nifty tool that allows ease of condo rental access to our guests via our Panhandle Getaways APP which is free to all of our guests. Once the condo rental is paid in full you will receive an invite to download the app with all of the relevant information you will need during your stay. The information within the APP will include your secure door code, any door code needed for resort access during your stay, wi-fi access information and any other information about the condo for reference during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
