Description

Penthouse 360 is the only privately owned penthouse condo at Tesoro Resort. Located on top of the resort, you'll feel like king of the hill while your very own huge private terrace with amazing 360 degree view of the marina, city, and mountains surrounding Cabo San Lucas. Beautiful sunrises will greet you each morning, while amazing sunsets relax and prepare you for sleep at the end of the day.

The terrace has two luxurious loungers, a very comfortable day bed, dining tables and seating for 8, bar stools for enjoying your drinks while watching the fishing boats come in. There is also a propane grill, perfect for preparing your fresh catch of the day!

Centrally located, the condo is within walking distance to all the popular restaurants, bars, and major attractions. Shopping is also convenient either at the Mexican markets or the Puerto Paraiso Mall, also a short walk away. Tours, fishing, and any other activity you'd like to do would be at your fingertips. We are fortunate to have a very friendly and helpful “Angel” who would be more than happy to to help with advice and recommendations.

The kitchenette is equipped with a cook top, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a breakfast bar for two. There is an additional full sized fridge located in the outdoor laundry area, along with a washer / dryer.

The living area is open to the kitchenette and is perfect for watching tv or just lounging around. There is a new flat screen television, wireless internet, and wireless speaker for your enjoyment as well. The “L” shaped sofa is good for napping or an additional guest to sleep on. It is not a sofa bed. The living room and kitchen area share a large ac unit.

Master bedroom has a small private balcony. There is a king sized bed, an additional queen sized air mattress should one be required. For storage, there are two nightstands, a dresser, and closet. It also has a television and a small desk area. Master bedroom has a ceiling fan and it's own ac unit.

The second bedroom opens to the large terrace. A full sized bed and small cushioned daybed. For storage, there is a closet and nook. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan and it's own ac unit.

The main bathroom has a large vanity area and shower. The second bathroom is off the second bedroom and has a toilet and sink.

The penthouse is ideal for a romantic getaway, or a fun filled trip with close friends.

It is not recommended for children under 12 as the railings on the terrace can easily be climbed.

Access to the penthouse is limited to stairs, it is not recommended for those who may have issues with stair climbing. As a courtesy, we will provide help with delivering your luggage to the condo and also offer a pre-order service for basic necessities such as water, beer, etc. so the items will be waiting for you upon your arrival.

*** Penthouse 360 is a privately owned condo. Although it is located in the Tesoro Hotel, it is not part of the hotel. Hotel amenities, including their pool, are NOT included. ***

Getting around

Most attractions are within walking distance. If you're not into walking, a taxi can be flagged down right in front of the building.

Interaction with guest

We're recent owners of the condo, purchasing it in November of 2016. We fell in love with the view immediately! There really is no other like it. We've made a few improvements with more scheduled between guests. We are both familiar with the Los Cabos area, Don has been real estate broker, Baja International Realty, for about 15 years and also owns Cabo Cantina and Restaurant (Cabo's #1 Sportsbar) I have been involved with tourism and charitable work in the area. We live nearby and can be found most evenings either at the real estate office across the street or the cantina a few doors down. Angel, our check in / guest service manager is easily contacted via cell phone, facebook, or at the "Caboholics Store" he manages.

How do damage deposits work?
