Mystic resort on exclusive Mason's Island ! Swimming and fishing off dock! Solar heated pool with diving board. Tiki bar with water view and indoor hot tub! Game room...perfect for families and pets! Beautiful views from three outside decks! Use the kayak! Rent free bikes downtown. Walk to Mystic shops, restaurants, and marinas. A few minutes to Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, wineries, spas, beaches, and casinos! Pull out couch available for 2 more people. Sleeping for 2 people in the RV also available...full bathroom and shower for an extra $100 a night. Owner guided fishing or sightseeing trips available, too! Short term or long term rentals offered! Two night minimum.

Response from the owner Every year I get one group like this. Yes the bed broke but I bought a new one and installed it within two hours. The place was in beautiful shape and these people were just looking to get some free rent. My price I charge is way under the market for the amenities I offer. They had four groups of families staying in a 3 bedroom house. I even bought them a air mattress to accommodate the 4 car loads of people. $475 a night for 4 families a night, are you kidding me? I have learned some people will never be happy. Maybe they should have all tried to squeeze in a hotel room for $325 a night. Thanks, Chris

Why can't I call Chris (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chris (the owner) a message.

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
