1900's downtown area home, newly renovated, beautifully appointed, 2.5 miles to the heart of downtown area, (a 5 minute drive!), professionally decorated, nice large private backyard, private driveway, fully stocked with everything needed! Very comfortable and spacious!

This home has 3 large bedrooms upstairs including luxury king master suite, 2 queens in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third. Second bath is also upstairs. Downstairs there is a small bedroom off the side entrance that has a twin daybed and a full bathroom off it. The living room has a leather sofa that makes into a queen bed.

Wifi, cable TV, & DVD player in every bedroom and big screen TV in living room. DVD library, books and family games are provided for your entertainment. An eat-in kitchen nook seats 4 and formal dining room seats 6 guests. Wonderful yard with gas grill. Plenty of room for a get together!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jackie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
