Description

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PELICAN:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*PARKING: Covered parking is available underneath the house and additional vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway. Do not park on the grass or in/on the street. Parking permits are not required.

*PETS:

This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during

your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid

prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $150.00 plus tax per pet. Any damages

caused by your pet(s) or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your

responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at

any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in

being fined and/or evicted.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 60 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement.

THE PELICAN:

The Pelican is located on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores just across the street from the beach!! However, due to its location, you will not have to cross the street to access the beach--simply walk under the pass bridge! The Pelican offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on multiple levels. You have covered parking, a grilling area, picnic area, and seating on the ground level as well as an outdoor shower.

The 2nd floor offers a large wrap around balcony with plenty of seating! Seating is offered on both sides of the balcony and there is a stairway for convenience. The main floor of this 2,400 square foot home offers the large Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Primary Bed/ Bath, and Laundry Room. The Living Room is equipped with a Large Sectional Reclining Sofa and Recliner with Flat Screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is the fully stocked Kitchen, offering large and small appliances as well as cookware and utensils. The center island offers an eating area as well as an ice maker--perfect for stocking your ice chest for a day in the sun! The Dining Area offers seating for 6 with views of Little Lagoon. The Primary Bedroom offers a King Bed with Flat Screen TV, Desk, and Private Bath. The bath offers his & hers sinks with a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The wrap around balcony can be accessed from the Living Room and Primary Bedroom.

The three Guest Bedrooms are located upstairs. Guest Bedroom 1 offers a Queen Bed while Guest Bedroom 2, or Kids Nook, offers 2 Twin over Twin Bunk Beds. Both Bedrooms offer Flat Screen TV's and offer a shared hall bathroom, which has a vanity and tub/ shower combo. Guest Bedroom 3 offers 2 Queen Beds, Flat Screen TV, and Private Bath with tub/ shower combo.

The Pelican offers wireless internet and has a security system. The subdivision offers 2 piers on Little Lagoon and a Boat Ramp for your vessel. There is plenty of parking at The Pelican for your vessel trailer!
