Beautiful, spacious, modern apartment is located on 3-4 floors, the house has an elevator.

On the first level is a room with a large sofa, a kitchen and a toilet, on the upper level is a bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. The house is 20 meters from the park, in the yard under the windows there is no motion, quiet.

A cosy and comfortable luxury apartment near the Sea Garde,near the Central part of Burgas. 3minutes from the beach! Fully furnished and equipped. Consists of two rooms: the first with a 2 single sofa- beds; kitchen with dining room;toilet; corridor . second– with a king size double bed,sofa, toilet+shower, with waching machine. For 4 guests is very comfortable, but we can add 1 folding bed under the order, for 8 Euro/1 night

Kitchen equipped with microwave oven, cooking oven, aspirator and ceramic hobs, refrigerator with a separate freezer, kettle, toaster, full complete crockery and cutlery. Each room equipped with air conditioning. All furniture and equipment is new. The apartment is on the 3-4th floor of a building in a quiet neighborhood. Elevator is for your comfort. Nearby there are - 3 banks, 1 supermarket (WT: 07:30AM – 11:00PM), 2 pharmacies, fruit and vegetable stores, 2 fresh meat stores, a lot of cafes and restaurants, as well as beauty salons and shopping for fashionable clothes and shoes.
