Casa Lucia Naa

Haven of peace, light and sea breeze. Individual three-floor house, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, one block to the beach, 8 blocks to city center, with a large and private swimming pool, surrounded by bambous, citrus, maracuja and hibiscus. Two apartments for vacation rental , both renovated, with free wireless internet, cable tv and air-conditioned bedrooms. .

First floor : 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large front terrace, terrace in the back facing pool, full kitchen , dining room/living room open concept.

Second floor : 2 bedrooms : large master bedroom with king size bed, the other, a double bed, 2 full bathrooms, high ceilings, one large balcony on sunset side, one large screened in balcony pool side with nice breeze on sunrise side, ocean view, living room, full kitchen.

You will truly enjoy the privacy, quiet of this 3 apartment complex cozy, comfortable and very clean. The entire complex has been renovated and all new furniture, linens, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas. Once a week cleaning included, drinking water, linens and paper products.

How do damage deposits work?

If Martina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
