Located in quiet complex with a big beautifull pool
One bedroom apartment with a spacious open plan living / dining area opening onto patio with a table and chairs.
Nice forniture.
Very well equipped and clean, peaceful atmosphere.
Good internet wifi connection included
UK channels
Close to the big famous beaches of Puerto del Carmen.
Just 3 minutes walking to the promenade and main strip Avenida with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets.
Personal welcome and assistance.
Cot and highchair available on request.
Sofa bed or folding bed for extra guest. (Ask in advance)

“Lovely peaceful setting - near all amenities!”
Apartment is very spacious and clean with lovely terrace in great position in the complex. Davide is a lovely helpful guy ... met us on arrival and explained everything. Very comfortable 6ft bed with plenty of wardrobe space. Made use of the new washing machine and the sun! so didn't have that to do when back home...a nice bonus. Bathroom is ok but might need a refurb soon and sofa in lounge is uncomfortable but these things wouldn't stop us booking again. Wi-fi good. We don't go to Lanzarote to watch the television but it's there if needed. Lovely swimming pool but would need to get up early if you like a sunbed round the pool...we love to walk so it didn't bother us. Overall a great place to stay!

“Great Apartment”
The apartment has everything you need, very spacious and peaceful. Situation is perfect just one street back from the seafront where there are endless restaurants, shops and bars. Supermarkets very close. Would recommend this apartment to anyone. Glad we found it.

“Review”
Had an enjoyable nine days in this apartment. Owner Davide met us on arrival and had left us a lovely welcome package. Very comfortable apartment, huge bed which was extremely comfortable. Added bonus was the washing machine in the bathroom.....saved bringing back a lot of dirty washing! The pool was very clean and we would return again.

“Brilliant ,amazing owner”
Had 12 weeks at Davide's apt ,close to loads of restaurants ,bars and the beach , Davide very friendly guy , called round every 2-3 weeks to see if we are ok , very helpful if we had a problem ,complex very nice , good sized pool ,if you go through the reception ,and down a few stairs you are on the main Avienda ( beach road ) in less than a minute , had a great stay cleaners came round once a week to change sheets ,towels and clean , very good hope to go again if available
