Our beautiful five star villa is located only a short drive from Disney, SeaWorld, Old Town, and other main Orlando attractions. The home is very spacious and offers a split layout with two entertainment areas, formal dining room, private pool Not overlooked.

IMPORTANT NOTICE! Parking is available for up to 2 cars only! Street parking is not allowed 11pm to 7 am. No parking on the Apron of the Driveway. Garage has been converted into a games room. Please do not park on the lawn, do not block the sidewalk. No RVs, no trailers, no boats, no jet ski, no commercial vehicles.
Community and the City have Very Strict Trash/Recycling rules. All residents (even short term) MUST Follow these rules to avoid citations.

House rules

Parking on the street is now allowed over night (11pm to 7 am). You may not park on the grass, or block the side walk. RVs, Trailers, Boats, Jet Skis, etc. are not allowed to be parked on the driveway or the road. Failure to adhere to Community/HOA Rules may result in a fine. Owner/Property Management/Booking Agent will not be held responsible.

It was a excellent stay.The house ir was big but to hot.AC stay at 73 and we cannot adjust that,but no other issues with the house.

Response from the manager Thank you Valery, Unfortunately we could not unlock change the settings. We didn't even know it was locked at 73. I spoke to the owner and he says he never locked it either. And we have never had any issues with previous guests. Maybe someone who has stayed there was a tech and locked the unit, we just need to figure out how to unlock it so it can go below 73 But it was such a pleasure working with you. Thank you Tanya

The stain on the carpet was caused by guests and since then we had the carpet cleaned, but the stain won't come out. The tiles can crack from the settling which is normal for Florida. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
