Come and enjoy this amazing direct view of the glimmering Gulf of Mexico from your private townhouse. The view is priceless. Sand Pebbles has one of the best views on 98 from two decks, living room, and master bedroom. Being in the unit is so different from being in a condo because it is being in a home and part of the neighborhood.
Staying in the unit provides the same view as the 3 million dollar home close by. Just out the door and three steps down make the ease of walking your pet just so convenient day or night. Great wide sidewalk directly in front of Sand Pebbles.
Location, Location Sand Pebbles is in a very walkable area.
Go for an ice cream, lunch, or dinner next door at Kenny D's or across the street for dinner at Capt Dave's Restaurant.
The townhome has a covered front porch down stairs with a beautiful view for that first cup of coffee. Upstairs off from the master bedroom is a MUST see view of the gulf fun for people watching and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Both decks have bar high chairs.

Lodging Features: This fabulous two story townhome along the Scenic Gulf Drive is only 100 feet from the private beach access located just across the 2 lane beach road (scenic 98) leading to the white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico offering spectacular unobstructed views from both levels. The shabby chic decor of this townhome has a very cozy feel but also has all the upgrades to make a vacation here extra special. The kitchen has beautiful stone counter tops, white cabinetry, white appliances, and all the comforts of home with the full compliment of house wares. The dining table comfortably seats six and there are two barstools for additional dining at the breakfast bar. The living room offers a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, and cozy furnishings including a queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom features a queen bed, with cozy bedding, and an incredible Gulf view from a private balcony. You will love the extra large tub and shower in the master bathroom. A full bathroom for the second bedroom as well as a convenient half bathroom downstairs next to the kitchen. The guest bedroom is beautiful decorated with white cottage style furnishings, 2 trundle beds, (4 twin beds) cozy bedding, and a flat screen TV. Extra features of this fine home include free wi-fi, local phone access, a full size front load washer and dryer, a private grill, and a convenient outdoor shower with both hot and cold water! With all of this, Sand Pebbles #5 will be a fast favorite for your family! Please note this town home is non-smoking. This town home is Pet Friendly and there is a gate for the front porch available if needed.

Response from the owner This review made me sad, because every thing mentioned in the review, within my ability was addressed immediatly within hours of the complaint. To address the issues listed I will say : The wifi went out due to a storm but was back on within 2 hours. The refrigerator, they admitted was left open due to a case of beer keeping the door ajar over night. Doors not shutting all the way just comes with a 40 year old building on the beach ( sand and salt ). Stains on everything, not sure what she was speaking about. Ants? never have seen any, but I imagine there may be a few if there is food and sticky left on the counters. Based on the condition of the unit when they checked out, were not the cleanest people. As far as the beds are concerned , must have read an old description. The beds in the 2nd bedroom are pretty new, maybe 6 months old. 2 trundle beds which offer sleep for 4, rather than 2 with the old queen size bed.
