* Amazing ocean, sand, sunset, and boardwalk views from your dining foyer and living room.

* Beautifully renovated unit with new blonde laminate wood floors, new bathroom, stainless steel kitchen appliances, enlarged windows to enhance ocean views, new furnishings, etc. Endless hot water with dual tank-less water heaters

* Air conditioning newly added.

* Queen bed, twin bed and two sleeper couches (Queen and Double) housed in 2 rooms. Sleeps 5-6. Includes high quality, very comfortable bed used in Hilton Hotels.

* Access to large, ocean/beach/boardwalk view patio deck equipped with Hot Tub, BBQs, tables, etc. Shared.

* On a walk street and one of many multi-million dollar homes (see photo).

* Cross NO streets to get to beach

* So close to ocean you can hear it all the time (unless you close the windows) and fall to sleep by it at night.

Guests who wish to bring pets should contact owner/manager and make the request. If accepted by owner/manager, a fee of $125 per pet per stay shall apply.

Smoking only allowed outside the condo unit and so long as it does not impact other guests (e.g. in patio areas). Smoking policy is strictly enforced to ensure all guests, current and future will not be impacted. Portion of deposit may be taken if smoking rules are violated.

Minimum age of at least one attending adult is 24.

How do damage deposits work?
