Check out this beautiful Townsend, TN log cabin. With one private bedroom and an open loft, this cabin can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. Located in a small log cabin community, this cabin sits on it's own driveway on a hillside and is secluded. Mountain Adventure is especially cozy with a wood fireplaces, a charcoal grill, a gas firepit and a covered hot tub for your enjoyment.
Please note that this cabin does have a steep driveway. It does NOT require a 4 wheel drive vehicle except in ice or snow conditions.
MPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
*3pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
*10am - Please follow our check out guidelines.

*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.

We have a maintenance in the resort with a special UTV that can manage the roads if they should become icy or in snow.
It was nice, very cozy. Pretty views. Woke up in the middle of the night to find a flying squirrel had found it's way into the bedroom.

“Very comfortable and secluded”
Great place to get away and enjoy all that the GSM has to offer. Convenient to Cades Cove and the drive to Gatlinburg was supurb. We were able to relax decompress for a very nice weekend.

- Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage your booking.
- How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

- How do I cancel my booking?
Go to Manage your booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.
- How do I make changes to my booking?
You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.
If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
